Dandies at The Haining - Open Edition Giclee Art Print

This is a high quality giclee print of the original artwork 'Dandies at The Haining' by William Gorman.

"In October 2024, I was commissioned to create a gin label to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Dandie Dinmont Terrier Club. I used the two Dandie Dinmont's from my Abbotsford illustration and this time placed them in front of The Haining, a country house and estate in Selkirk in the Scottish Borders. 

The Haining is pivotal in Dandie history as it is where 'Old Ginger' was born in 1842, widely considered the patriarch of the breed. The Haining Estate's kennel is the only surviving kennel in the World where a breeds founder was born.

The 'Dandie Dinmont Gin' was created by Selkirk Distillers and officially launched at the Dandy Dinmont Derby in June 2025.

The original artwork was completed in ink & watercolour".

This illustration has been printed on smooth acid free 100% cotton rag 310gsm paper and each print has been titled and signed (in pencil) by the artist. There is a substantial white border added around the artwork. The image measures 33.2cm x 22.2cm (not including the title and signature). The approximate size of the paper is 39.7cm x 28.9cm. 

This print can also be purchased 'mounted' and has been sized to suit an 18" x 14" frame. For this option, the print will come mounted, backed & cellophane wrapped.
